Matting Fees: Severe matting will result in a potentially more anxious groom for your pet. Taking extra time to work safely and can create extra wear and tear on my equipment. Which is why severe matting will result in a Level 1,2, or 3 matting fee prior to the groom taking place. And we can work together to prevent future matting!

Extra TLC Fees: I enjoy working dogs through their issues and any anxiety or reactivity. Sometimes that can take a little extra time, in the scenerio that grooming takes longer than the alloted 2 hours communication about next steps will occur and a level 3 Extra TLC fee will occur. My hope is with continued grooming every groom will be anxious free!

Late Arrival Fees: Because each dog will be worked on one at a time until completion, it’s unfair to clients coming later to be scheduled back. To be fair to every client a 20 minute late arrival will result in a $10 late arrival fee. Later than half an hour will result in a no-show fee of $25 and your pet will have to be rescheduled. Things do happen though and pretty please just communicate and I can work around a late arrival!

Late Pickup Fees: As much as I would love to spend all day with your pets due to limited kennel space and to be fair to other clients dogs must be picked up in a timely manner. Owners will be notified of a finished groom 15 minutes prior to the completed groom to allow for quicker pick up times. An hour after the completion of that text will result in a late pickup fee of $20. And for every half an hour after that an extra $2.50. As with late arrival fees I understand things happen and just please communicate!

Vaccination Records: In accordance with State Law, I do require every dog in my care to have updated rabies vaccination records.

Lice/Fleas: In the event of finding either lice/fleas on your pet. The groom will have to immediately be paused until they are lice/flea free!

Pregnant Doggies: Due to high risk, I won’t groom pregnant cuties until after the’ve given birth and are fully healed!
